Reserve Your Experience with a Deposit

To secure your fundraiser date:

  • 50% deposit required at booking
  • Final balance due 7 days prior to event
  • Guest list & lunch selections due 14 days prior to event

Sell Your Tickets

We provide event copy, FAQ's and guest waiver links. You manage sales.

You are responsible for:
  • Selling Tickets
  • Marketing to your audience
  • Collecting payment from guests
  • Managing waitlist (if applicable)

Submit Guest Info

One spreadsheet due 14 days prior to your event that includes: 

  • Full Name
  • Email Address

  • Collect Waiver signatures
